Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Returns & Refunds

• We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
• The following are not eligible for return: items damaged due to misuse, items without original packaging.

• Non-Refundable Items — Grooming Products

  Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following grooming products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

  • Self-Cleaning Pet Grooming Brush
  • Whale LED Pet Nail Clippers
  • Electrostatic Pet Hair Removal Gloves
  • Long Handle Pet Bath Brush with Shampoo Dispenser

  These items come into direct contact with your pet's skin, coat, and body, and cannot be resold once used. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all pets and their owners.

  Exceptions: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
• We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
